I am Mohammad Sheraz Akbar, a Research Psychologist, Suicidologist, and Mental Health Researcher based in Islamabad. My work spans both individual and organizational settings, with a strong focus on suicidology, suicidal ideation, crisis management, adventure psychology, counselling, mental health project management, and sustainability. I bring a research-driven and ethically grounded approach to mental health practice, aiming to strengthen prevention, intervention, and long-term psychological wellbeing.
