Mrs. Ambreen is an experienced Integrative and Relational Psychotherapist and EMDR Therapist based in Lahore. Her therapeutic work encourages individuals to develop a clearer, more compassionate relationship with themselves and the world around them.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Punjab University (1995) and is a CPCAB (UK)–certified Psychotherapist. With a strong academic foundation and years of professional practice, Mrs. Nadeem offers a thoughtful, client-centered approach that integrates emotional insight, relational understanding, and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
