My name is Sumra Anis a registered and experienced UK trained Psychotherapist with the NHS. A little about me I have a Master’s in Psychotherapy and Counselling from the University of Strathclyde (UK) and I am accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I practice individual therapy with integrity, ethics and confidentiality at various stages of their life. My approach is empathetic, accepting, and non-judgmental so that clients develop a sense of safety in addressing emotional pain, trauma, and entrenched patterns of the mind.
